In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Public Comment) for the Project to Upgrade and Renovate Luoyang Sannuo Chemical Co., Ltd.’s Annual Production Capacity of 16,800 Tons of Rare Metal Extractants is hereby announced, inviting public comments and suggestions on the environmental impacts of this project:

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Public Comment) for the “Luoyang Sannuo Chemical Co., Ltd. Project to Upgrade and Expand Production Capacity of 16,800 Tons per Year of Rare Metal Extractants” is hereby announced, and the public is invited to submit their comments and suggestions on the environmental impacts of this project:
