Product Features
1. This product is a colorless, transparent oily liquid with a boiling point of 168°C (at 10 mmHg), a melting point of −37.5°C, a freezing point of −20°C, a viscosity of 6 cP at 20°C, and a refractive index of 1.435 at 20°C.
2. This product is soluble in ether and ethanol, but insoluble in water.
Application areas
1. This product is primarily used as a plasticizer for vinyl resins, cellulose-based resins, and synthetic rubbers.
2. This product is also used as a solvent and in organic synthesis.
